TOD Marketplace
Friday, November 2, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
ULI-PricewaterhouseCoopers’ “Emerging Trends in Real Estate” has ranked sites near transit as a best bet for investors 3 years in a row. Find out which sites are in play at the TOD Marketplace. Cities and Transit Agencies are invited to display information about sites up for development and plans for new transit lines and stations.
The TOD Marketplace helps match developers with TOD development opportunities in a forum for discussion about the art of the deal. Three case studies of RFQ’s and RFP's will be presented to a panel of national developers who will explain what the market wants and suggest how these opportunities might be restructured so as to attract the most developer and investor interest. Case studies include Denver's Decatur station, South Florida's West Palm Beach station, and Miami-Dade Transit's master corridor development agreement. The panel discussion will be followed by a reception at which you can meet and greet the panelists to discuss the art of your deal.)
Rail~Volution is the nation’s premier event for the public and private partners who build TOD. The TOD Marketplace helps match developers with development opportunities in a forum for discussion about the art of the deal.
